Hotel Chocolat is a British High Street chocolate shop best known for its range of filled chocolates and seasonal novelties, which are largely made with Belgian chocolate.

They do, however produce their own range of bean-to-bar chocolate bars, under the brand Rabot 1745 (after the cocoa estate in Saint Lucia the company owns).

These bars are produced both within the company's "Roast + Conch" shops, and their Huntingdon factory, using beans around the world, with particular emphasis on Saint Lucia.
